Texsteam Electric Pumps

With a wide selection of electrically powered pumps, Texsteam Chemical Injection Pumps can provide precise dosage rates in applications over a broad range of pressures. Texsteam pumps can be provided with motors suitable for hazardous locations, in a variety of voltages, and with elastomers to address the severest chemicals.

Texsteam 2200 Pump

  • 1/4 horsepower electric-driven motor (TENV)

  • 316 stainless steel fluid end

Texsteam 2400 Pump

  • Maximum discharge pressure: 4,000 PSI (276 bar) with 1/2" plunger

  • Maximum volume: 880 GPD (3,331 Litres) with 1-1/4" plunger

  • Each fluid end is adjustable while running Simplex or Duplex configuration

  • Available in 2 speeds: 30 or 60 strokes per minute

  • 1 Horsepower motor is standard (2 hp optional) 1 or 3 phase - TEFC or explosion proof

  • Oil-less drive unit

  • Plunger sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4"

Texsteam 2500 Pump

  • Maximum discharge pressure: 6,000 PSI (414 bars) with 3/16" plunger

  • Maximum volume 139 gallons per day (528 litres per day) with 1/2" plunger

  • Each Head is adjustable while running

  • Available Simplex, Duplex, Triplex, or Quadruplex configurations

  • Mix or match head sizes - pump the same or different chemicals

  • Available in four stroke rates: 15, 30, 60 or 120 strokes per minute

  • Each head is independently coupled - user friendly in the field
